The staff was helpful and assisted with local directions. The room was clean, and its size was adequate for a short stay. I liked the proximity to the metro lines. It made getting around the city convenient.
The minibar was not fully stocked. There was only one chocolate bar for two people. The elevator was out of service, and I had to use the stairs. This WAS inconvenient.

the hotel location allowed easy exploration. my room included a seating area with two armchairs. each morning, i enjoyed croissants at the breakfast buffet, fresh from the oven. the staff always offered friendly greetings, it was like a warm embrace.
the elevator was occasionally slow, resulting in waiting a few minutes during peak times, yet i always find something pretty to gaze at.
